Our clients came from different sectors of the community including government departments, hospitals, universities as well as various Hong Kong and China based private companies.
Hong Kong Polytechnic University

Working closely with the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, we regularly run training workshops on ‘Presentation Skills’, tailor-made for their undergraduates who are required to perform project presentations in the course of study at university.  Most students who have attended the training found the training workshop very interesting and useful for them to prepare for formal presentations as well as unprepared speeches on various occasions.

Milagros Corporation Limited

In the past years, we provided corporate training workshops for Milagros Corporation Limited, a local famous garment manufacturer on different themes including developing team leadership, employee engagement, enhancing work effectiveness and efficiency as well as fostering innovativeness.  Each year, over a hundred staff participated in the training with favourable feedback in return.

Promise (H.K.) Company Limited

We tailor-made thematic training programmes for all middle managers of Promise (H.K.) Company Limited to enhance their leadership and managerial skills, in particular problem-solving techniques.  The participants commended the innovative design of programme, interactive approach of training and professional performance of Apex’s trainers, which highly motivated them to learn during the training.

SOGO Hong Kong Company Limited

Between April and May 2018, we conducted 15 tailor-made training workshops (totally

120 training hours) on customer service techniques for more than 300 frontline staff. The workshops comprised both theories and practical exercises with a view to enhancing the knowledge and customer service related skills of the frontline staff including empathetic listening and response, customer experience marketing and problem solving in their daily work.

City University of Hong Kong

In April 2019, a seminar was organized for the final year students of Department of Architecture and Civil Engineering, City University of Hong Kong to help enhance their interview techniques and equip them for job interviews upon graduation.

In May 2019, a tailor-made training workshop was held for all staff of GAPSK to enhance their communication skills and team performance for better service quality to clients.

In May 2019, we designed a special training programme for ASSUDAMAL & SONS (HK) Limited to help their staff develop a positive mindset, and enhance their team performance through team building activities with very favourable feedback form the participants. In July 2019, we tailor-made a training programme on “Managing Staff Performance by Coaching” for their managerial and supervising staff to enhance their knowledge and skills on performance management and coaching.  Again, overwhelming positive comments from the participants were given.

Amidas Hong Kong Limited

In April 2021, we delivered a training programme on “A Holistic Approach: Managing Staff Performance by Coaching” to Amidas Hong Kong Limited, a fast-growing IT company in Hong Kong for their managerial and supervising staff to enhance their knowledge and the related skills on staff performance management and coaching.

Hong Kong Customs College

In November 2023, we tailor-made a two-day training programme on ‘Supervisory Management’ for more than 60 Probationary Inspectors of the Hong Kong Customs College, focusing on management & supervisory skills and coaching with favourable feedback obtained.  A majority of the trainees found the training very practical and suitable for them, enhancing their confidence in discharging their supervisory duties and management works in the frontline posts.

Sik Sik Yuen

In April 2024, we delivered two training workshops on “Customer Service Skills’ & ‘Handling of Customer Complaints’, attended by over 80 staff members of Sik Sik Yuen including doctors, nurses and administration staff with positive comments on the training contents and delivery methods, arousing their interest in the topics concerned.  Most trainees agreed that the training has broadened their knowledge of customer service with their customer service skills polished, beneficial to their frontline work to serve the patients.

Asia Insurance Company Limited

Between March and April 2021, we conducted nine tailor-made training workshops (totally 36 training hours) for Asia Insurance Company Limited on communication with clients, negotiation techniques and handling of difficult situations with more than 150 frontline staff attended. The workshops comprised both theories and practical exercises with a view to enhancing the knowledge and skill-sets of the frontline staff to handle clients effectively during their daily work.
